Mike Fulvimar in used cars was a great guy to work with. They did a great job in working with what I was needing to have happen on the financing side. I found a great Lexus 450h that they did a great job detailing. Looks brand new. They were great in negotiating - they weren't pulling any of those typical dealer techniques in wearing you down etc. Their finance guy Greg Baxter found me an even better financing rate than my bank PNC approved me so he saved me a ton of money and it was quick and simple. Great dealership, good people, nice process, no pressure. I couldn't be happier with the vehicle and my experience purchasing it. BTW - Mike called me the next day to make sure everything was cool. I highly recommend this dealership - and I drove three hours to do the deal and it was worth the drive! More

Misleading and inconsiderate My wife saw a car she liked on their website and texted with salesperson several times during the day and then told him I would be there after work. A little after 5, I called to say I was on my way. The salesman acknowledged the car I was interested in and said to ask for him. When I arrived 40 minutes later, he was gone. The salesperson waiting on me could not find the car. Then they had manager tell me they had sold it "hours ago", to one of their employees! Never going back. More

Jordan Witt was so incredibly personable and genuine. I've purchased 4 cars in my life, and I've left every transaction with no real impression. In fact, I've always found it odd when people would boast of their experience when buying a car because I had never found it relatable. Jordan and Haasz Automall in Ravenna has changed my entire view on what a sales experience can be. Very unprofessional, disorganized and unethical. First off I'd like to say that John Reed is very nice and attempted to be extremely helpful. I don't think he was responsible for the awful service I First off I'd like to say that John Reed is very nice and attempted to be extremely helpful. I don't think he was responsible for the awful service I received from their shady finance person or Bob the internet sales person. I was only referred to John after arriving at the dealership. I live over an hour a way and scheduled a time with the internet sales person to come look at a silver bmw suv. I advised that I was on my way out and upon arriving asked for the internet sales person (Bob) as I was instructed to do. I was referred to another salesman who promptly told me the car was not on the lot but may be at their other lot. After going to the other lot he came back and informed me that one of the managers had the car that I had made an appointment to see and he had no idea when he would be back. I expressed my frustration but we agreed to go over the numbers at that time in case I liked the car and chose to purchase it when it came back. Based on my trade-in, the price of the car and current interest rates I knew approximately what my payment would be (380-400 per month). The salesman went the finance manager and came back with a payment 500 per month for the term I requested. My career is in finance so I questioned the salesman on the payment amount and asked what interest rate they were using. His response was "around 6 percent" even though I knew by the numbers that it was actually around 12. I have a credit score in the 700's which they knew after pulling my credit so there is absolutely no reason my rate should be "around 6 percent" let alone 12 percent. I told him a 6 percent rate would be a payment of about 450. I told him the numbers weren't adding up and he replied that the finance guy was new and he would have him re-run the numbers. He then asked if a payment of 450 would be enough for me to buy the car. I replied that I hadn't even seen the car and that 450 would not be low enough. The salesman came back a few minutes later and said the finance guy made a mistake and the payment would actually be...450. Wow what a surprise! At that point I told him I drove over an hour, to stop screwing around and tell the finance guy to give me a rate that is in line with what I should be getting. He came back a few minutes later with a rate of 3.8. Now that they were done trying to screw me on the rate I was told that they would have the car all detailed and ready the following morning so I could come out and drive it. This of course would require another drive of over an hour each way but I did agree. I left the dealership and received a call about 10 minutes later while I was eating at McDonalds and was told the manager called and the vehicle would be back in 30 minutes. I finished eating, drove back to the dealership and waited almost an hour before the car came back. I am a color blind so it is hard for me to see certain shades but when I finally saw the car in person parked near my silver car I could clearly see it was not silver. The car was actually a champagne/gold color that is usually found on cars that older people drive. I drove the car and it was nice and exactly what I wanted with the exception of the color. Just an overall bad experience. Car was not there even though the knew I was coming out. Spent over 4 hours at dealership, finance guy tried ripping me off twice as if I had a 500 credit score. They don't even know what color their own car is. There are far too many car dealerships out there to deal with these people. STAY AWAY! More

First online purchase Our first attempt at buying a car online. We got such a great quote that our local dealer told us we should take it because he couldn't match it, so Our first attempt at buying a car online. We got such a great quote that our local dealer told us we should take it because he couldn't match it, so we drove 2 hours from Pennsylvania to Haasz Automall. Gino was a great sales person who was very easy to work with and even entertained us with magic tricks! He also stayed way beyond closing time to help us learn about our car before we drove back to Pennsylvania. Would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone.They worked hard for the deal without being pushy. We love our new Towne and Country car! More
