He’s not only knowledgeable but also a genuinely kind person who really cares about his customers. What stood out the most was that he actually remembered our previous conversations and the things we had discussed, which made the whole experience feel personal and thoughtful. That level of attention and care is rare and made the process so much smoother and more enjoyable. I truly appreciated the time and effort he put into making sure everything went well. Our car broke down while in NJ and Smythe was able to assist with trying to get us back on the road safely and quickly.
