Terrible dealership. Terrible customer service, terrible quality purchased a 2014 suburban from them started having issues so I took it in, spoke with Tim Marozas the Us Terrible customer service, terrible quality purchased a 2014 suburban from them started having issues so I took it in, spoke with Tim Marozas the Used Car Director spoke about my problems, which he proceeded to “test drive” the vehicle put me in the passenger seat. Then we went behind Home Depot to which he slammed the gas pedal red lining the truck to 6000 RPMs while the motor started to make a knocking noise I asked him can you please stop you’re going to ruin my truck his response. “shut up dude I’ve been in this business for a long time. You can’t blow these motors i know what I’m doing“ and repeated to constantly stomp on the gas pedal, when we get back to the dealership I proceed to ask for a manager, which set him off, started screaming in the middle of the show room. “get the f**k out of my building. I don’t want to do business with you” and proceeded to throw my car keys at me. Spoke with Bob the Manager who assured me, he would take care of the issue, which he never did. To this day because of that experience the motor in my vehicle had been making alot of weird noises and now it’s on me to fix it because I made the mistake of going back to this horrible dealership AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COST. HAVE ALREADY CONTACTED General Motors. More

When shopping around made mistake calling Homewood Chevy. Customer service was horrible. Was told numerous info. That changed once at the dealer. Drove out not happy at all. Never once did we see a manager . Customer service was horrible. Was told numerous info. That changed once at the dealer. Drove out not happy at all. Never once did we see a manager . Finance guy extremely rude. . Then to come find out. They charged us double the interest rate and double car payment we qualified for for. . We returned the vehicle and was treated extremely rude. Got financed in bigger better car. For half the car note and over half less interest rate. They were very rushing us. Will not be recommending anyone to this dealer. More

She took the time to make sure I knew about all of the specials and deals Homewood Chevy had to offer before introducing me to my saleswoman...Lemanda Lee. This young lady is phenomenal. Mrs. Lee definitely went above and beyond to make sure I purchased the truck I was most comfortable with at a price that was suitable for me. Then I met Bob Cuban...”The Number Cruncher” All I’ll say is Mr. Cuban worked his magic. I walked out with a truck for the same price that I paid for cars in the past. This team made my buying experience very pleasurable. I will use this dealership again. More
