Bob explained all the options well, without pushing, and gave us a fair trade in price. We strongly recommend contacting Bob when looking to purchase your next vehicle. He was friendly and fair, no run around. Many sales people say they will follow up and you never hear from them again. Bob was quick to answer all of our questions and has gotten back to us in a timely fashion. Our only complaint is when we called to request something be done before picking up our new car, that the customer service area would have relayed the message to Bob!
