On Tuesday he called to see if I was still interested and told I him I would come back Thursday to talk about the deal and he said yes let's see what we can do about the cost. He called to confirm I was coming Thursday and then when I got there showed me another car he thought I'd like. When I told him I wanted to talk about the vehicle I came for, he said it was 'just sold' this afternoon. WHAT A PUTZ! He knew I was coming and didn't even have the courtesy to call me and tell me it was gone, wasting the time of my friend and myself. And then he sat there pouting because he 'thought I'd jump' at the 'replacement' car. You thought Wrong, Bub! More

I called Bob Dinella on the phone to check inventory on a 2013 Santa Fe with a color and options in mind. Bob did not have it in stock but would check local inventory at other dealers. Bob called 10 minutes 2013 Santa Fe with a color and options in mind. Bob did not have it in stock but would check local inventory at other dealers. Bob called 10 minutes later and located the vehicle and stated he could pick it up in 3 hours. We discussed price,tradein and did the credit report. Bob called 2 hours later and stated the vehicle was in. However I was already on my way to the dealer with the trade. Upon inspection all went well and we are very happy with the whole transaction. This dealer went above and beyond our expectations. More

Went in to test drive specifically the new Veloster. Wasn’t pressured to try any others, which was awesome! Told Gino what I wanted. He found a few that could be brought in with the features I wanted while we were on the test drive, so when we got back I could compare my options and prices, very EFFICIENT use of his time and mine! Picked the model more in my price range and they had it delivered on time just as promised. Picked it up, decided I regretted not getting an option I really did end up wanting and everyone went above and beyond to do what could be done to get me in the car with all the options I wanted. I love my Veloster and I definitely appreciate all the guys that dealt with me being a such a pain. They were more than accomidating and understanding throughout the whole process, you would have thought I was buying a brand new lambo with the way they went all out and the treatment I recieved. They are a wonderful group of people! Couldn’t have asked for a better first new car buying experience :) More
