We recently leased a Subaru Forester from Subaru of Jacksonville and it was - without exception - the best experience we have had with a car dealership. Our initial visit was with sales consultant Mich Jacksonville and it was - without exception - the best experience we have had with a car dealership. Our initial visit was with sales consultant Michael D'Amico, who was friendly and helpful. On a follow-up visit, Michael was busy, so he introduced us to Bob Forgea. The sales staff works as a team, unheard of in the car business. Bob was the perfect salesperson. He listened to our needs, advised us on possible choices and helped us make the perfect selection. He was endlessly patient, particularly while we turned in our old lease vehicle to a different company. The experience was like night and day. We also would like to acknowledge Mark Ogden our business manager. He listened to what we needed and wanted. He was helpful and made the transaction painless. I can't thank the staff at this dealership enough for their help and support. It is an exceptional company to work with, and we would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to lease or buy a vehicle. More
