Bob was a no-pressure salesperson, answered all of our answers thoroughly, and was very patient with us throughout the entire process. In fact, Bob continued to work with me the week after purchasing the car to make sure all of our accessories were installed, etc. We have been having some issues with the bluetooth voice dialing, and Bob has continued to stay in touch with me while we try and resolve this issue. We would definitely recommend any of our friends and family members who would like to purchase a Honda to work with Bob Garfinkel at Rick Case! More
