We have been buying cars for 30 years and this was by far the best experience I've ever had. I wasnt sure what I wanted when I went to the dealership. We started working with Joe and immediately I knew I wanted to buy from him, no one else ever treated us the way he did. Joe is friendly, respectful, KNOWLEDGEABLE, courteous and not high pressure. I had looked at many cars over the previous 6 months and never found the "1". Joe showed me a Toyota Highlander and I fell in love. He showed and explained in detail all of the features, leasing vs buying, price, etc etc. I wasnt sure about trading a car or not, he was very helpful over 3 days of me changing my mind. I went back 2 days later. everything was as promised, and I was in and out quickly. Joe again went over all of the features of the truck with me. Not only was Joe great but the entire dealership team. I will buy ALL cars and advise everyone I know to go to this dealership and to Joe from now on! After I brought my car home I wasnt sure about a specific feature, called Joe, he called right back and all was good!! So happy More

Stress free car buying at its finest! I stressed about getting a new vehicle for quite some time. I had questions and concerns from everything like safety features to even color choices. It had been more than 20 years since I last purchased a vehicle brand new. Let me assure you, never once did I feel overwhelmed or uncomfortable in my experience here. Joe was great at knowing how to get me at ease and he has some great knowledge and experience in this industry. There was not one question that he did not have an answer too. I feel like I came looking for a car a left with a new car and a new friend as well. The best experience one could ask for in getting a new vehicle. More

He went above and beyond to make our car leasing experience the best anyone could ask for. He found a Rav4 for us with everything I wanted and even things I really wished I could have but didn't think we would be getting. I am so excited about all the extras that my new SUV came with! Glen did a super job of edcuating me about the different Avalon models and all the safety, tech and navigation features of each. Glen was so patient, lettting me test drive three cars so I could experience all the various upgrades, though not one car on the dealer lot that day had everything I wanted. I was very lucky to have Richard Swope make Glen and I aware that they would be getting in a fully loaded 2016 Avalon Hybrid within the week, so I had the option to wait 2 days and really get everything I hoped for in my new car. Bob Garr, handled all my sales paperwork and made quick work of getting me out the door without delay. I picked it up my new Avalon today and I was not disppointed!!!! It had been fully detailed and serviced when I arrived. Glen let me test drive it and explained all the features thoroughly. I am a person who previously hated buying a car, but everyone at Toyota of Louisville truly went out of their way to deliver a superior product and service from start to finish. It was a very pleasant, no pressure, experience. I would highly recommend Toyota of Louisville, and particularly Glen Harder! More
