We’ve been doing business with Bobhook for 15 years or more and the service with John Gahimer is fantastic ! My impala needed a compressor and Jarrod in the parts department found one close ! Gabriel helped us while John was on vacation so we were covered ! Jake Bishop our sale consultant for years truly is my - our family friend as he made sure we were going to have a vehicle for our vacation if our car wasn’t finished by the time we left! All is Good thanks to John , Jarrod , Gabriel, Jake Bishop of course the service technicians at Bobhook Chevrolet!! Jake has sold us 6 cars in the last 6 years and I would not go anywhere else for a vehicle!! Bobhook is a family run business with the owners there every day greeting their customers! No wonder they are the Best Chevrolet Dealer In Louisville Ky ! Thank you guys so much ! More

My salesman, Bill Dabney was so helpful and nice. He greeted us when we arrived. He was not pushy at all. I've purchased multiple vehicles from Bob Hook Chevrolet. Recently, I took my Silverado truck in for routine service including new tires and new brakes. He kept me informed about the progress on my service appointment and explained everything perfectly. After I left, my truck drove like a brand new vehicle!!
