Well not at Braintree Toyota! The Tufankjian family does things right. This was far and away the best car buying experience of my life. Everybody from sales to finance were highly knowledgeable and eager to help even when working past the closing hours of the dealership. Attention to detail is second to none and it is evident that the Tufankjian family projects this philosophy throughout their company. Excellent experience!!! Since my car was ready to fall apart, It was time to purchase a new one. I wanted to buy a toyota, so I reviewed many dealerships on yelp. The one tha Since my car was ready to fall apart, It was time to purchase a new one. I wanted to buy a toyota, so I reviewed many dealerships on yelp. The one that received the best reviews was the Toyota dealer in Braintree! So My son and I headed there last Sunday to look at some cars. We looked around the lot for a while to see what the Corrollas looked like. I liked the idea that no one actually bothered us at this point. I had e-mailed the manager , Bob Hyman, a few times , so I asked for him when we went into the showroom. . He introduced us to a young salesman named Fred Zeiba. I explained what I was looking for and Fred explained our options in a very courteous , personal and not pushy manner. I decided to lease a car and appreciated Fred's professional demeanor. I had an appointment at 7:30 on Monday evening, but had to wait a half hour or so because of a longer than expected previous appt. So when Fred was done explaining how everything worked, I had to spray him with the windshield washer fluid! Actually that was an accident, but I said it was because he was late. then we both laughed about it!!!!! My sales experience with Fred was definitely a good one and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this dealership to friends and family. More

new camry purchase I dealt with the most pleasant staff while purchasing a new car @ Toyota of Braintree, especially my salesman ,Fred Zeiba is a class act, a gentleman I dealt with the most pleasant staff while purchasing a new car @ Toyota of Braintree, especially my salesman ,Fred Zeiba is a class act, a gentleman that was extremely patient and courteous while I put him through the proverbial ringer.I can honestly write I wouldn't like to deal with a person that has my aggressive personality when purchasing a vehicle. I reached out to another dealership while going through this process and was told I had a very aggressive personality, that gentleman was right. Once I reached an agreement on the price 3 or 4 members of the sales staff came over and shook my hand and thanked me for giving them my business. The sales manager Bob Keough gave me the price I wanted for my trade which sealed the deal. Then I had another great experience when I had to finalize all the documents and deal with the finance department ,that gentleman was Bob Hadges. Bob was very thorough while making sure all the docs were correct and explained everything without rushing me through the completion of the sale.I know part of their job is to sell extra coverage,car starters and other services but I knew just what I wanted ( door guards) and found he just wanted to make sure I knew the other options and was very professional in doing so. The day I came to pick up my new car the owner and 2 sons were on the floor and they did the same as the sales staff, they came over and shook my hand and thanked me for my business. This is the 2nd new car purchase I made through Tufankjian ,I also assisted my daughter in purchasing a new car 3 years ago and went as far to send the sales woman a thank you card that they proudly displayed until last year. I will hand deliver the thank you card this time, a great experience , how many people can write that? I'm willing to bet quite a few if they dealt with this dealership. I'm 2 for 2 in dealing with this classy dealership. Respectfully Bobby Mahoney More

Great experience I work in a job that requires lots of time in a car (preferably a reliable one). However, because of some personal and financial challenges as well a I work in a job that requires lots of time in a car (preferably a reliable one). However, because of some personal and financial challenges as well as HATING the thought of having to deal with buying a new car, I was stuck driving in a car that had over 170K mileage and was becoming less reliable every day. A guy that I play hockey with that I knew sold cars (Bob) was telling me about the dealership he works for and how much he loved working there. I told him a little about my situation and he told me to swing by, and he would do everything that he could to help me get into a reliable vehicle. We started with a visit to the dealership. I was impressed from the moment I stepped in the door. From there I was introduced to Joey, a down to earth "real guy". He was professional, laid back and allowed me to decide what I wanted to look at for cars and really educated me on the different cars in my price range. I test drove a few and decided on a Camry SE. For the first time in my life (I'm in my mid 40's), I honestly never felt pressured into buying a car. They went to work to see what they could get me into both car wise and financing. I left and we talked later in the week. The next week I went back in, picked the car that I loved, and had the opportunity to sit down with Walace the Finance Mgr., another professional. He was able to get me financing far better than anything I had seen in the last 2 years (by a lot). I agreed, to the terms, put down a small deposit and was once again able to leave to figure out the rest of my financial situation without feeling any pressure to buy the car NOW. I was able to get money together for my down payment, called and the next day went and picked up my car. I love the car, loved the whole experience (NEVER thought I would say that) and will be telling all of my friends about it. I highly recommend this dealership and it's team. More

Satisfied Customer! I happen to come across this dealership by chance after leaving another dealership where I was given bogus information. Upon entering, I was greeted b I happen to come across this dealership by chance after leaving another dealership where I was given bogus information. Upon entering, I was greeted by Kenny Tempro, who quickly addressed my needs and introduced me to a sales consultant, Paul Sines. Paul went above and beyond the call of duty. He worked to ensure I was satisfied with my purchase and communication was excellent! While working out a deal, Bob Keough also came over. Bob was thorough, patient and knowledgeable. Finally I met with Walace Langame in the Finance Department, who was wonderful to work with. Never once during the process of making this purchase did I feel as if any of them were pushing me to sign just to score a sale. The team worked wonderfully together and I left feeling like I had an awesome deal and every question was answered! I highly recommend this dealership. They are not your typical run of the mill scam artists of a dealership. They work hard to ensure the customer is satisfied and happy! If you are looking for a dealership with a team of people who are professional and have integrity then look no further. More

Had Such A GREAT experience I couldn't recommend this dealer enough. Ed kindly greeted us at the door and let us look around on our own. He showed us everything we wanted to look at and was never pushy. Once we decide what we wanted, the process we super easy. We got a price that was more than competitive and I got much more than I expected for my trade-in. Eric explained everything that I needed to know about the service schedule and Art helped move all the paperwork along. I highly recommend this dealer. More
