Bob has been in the automotive industry since 1977. He has been with BMW since 1980, and with BMW of Monterey since 1994. He started working at a dealership part time while attending college. What he likes most about the industry is meeting wonderful people and becoming their friend over time. BMW's are dream cars for most people, and he enjoys making those dreams come true.

Synchronization of Communication and Efficiency It began with making an appointment which was handled with politeness and expediency. I received follow-up reminder e-mails. Despite all of that, I was running late and Anna Kwon very nicely called to learn of my status, and let me know that my "Loaner (Thank you)" was all ready for my arrival. While I checked in with Mike Kyle, who processed my work order with great competency and rapidity, Anna performed first aid on my bleeding hand (caused by a sharp object in my glove compartment), and took my driver's license and insurance card, as precursors to quickly finish the paperwork. In seemingly a "blink of an eye," both segments of the check-in were completed in unison with symphonic precision. Being able to drive off, practically immediately, in a wonderful borrowed automobile, saved two days of otherwise inconvenience for me, which is appreciatively highlighted. Anna Kwon and Mike Kyle are ideal Ambassadors for the Brand, Dealership, and the Service Department. Also, there is terrific gentleman whose name I think is Jada, or something like that, who met me when I drove in, and who made a first rate impression with his delightful introductory direction and assistance, and who deserves special recognition! Service excellence I recently brought in our X5 and X7 for routine service. She made a spot on recommendation to have my X5 detailed. I was very happy with how the care turned out. The faded steering wheel looked like new. They also got all of the dog hair out of the carpet! Joe Campo has been my service advisor for a long time and we have been through several BMW's. He is always honest with his recommendations and prompt and polite with his responses to my inquires. I will continue to take my BMW's to them for service. More

Customer Service 5 star reviews for the customer service at Monterey BMW. Anna in the service department was amazing. I had called the parts department regarding a def 5 star reviews for the customer service at Monterey BMW. Anna in the service department was amazing. I had called the parts department regarding a defective electric charger, and they said to come in to exchange it. I drove an hour from my home, and when I got there the parts department told me I had to go through the service department with an appointment. I didn't really want to drive all the way home and come back another day for an appointment, when Anna recognized me from previous visits to the dealership and immediately came to my rescue. Anna said she would take care of it and she did. Bob Thomas, in the sales department also remembered me, and assisted as well, He knew immediately what was needed. They got the service technicians to check out the device and then replaced it. While I was waiting, Anna offered me water and a health bar to get me through the lunch hour wait. She was more than kind, totally efficient and gracious to be sure I was comfortable while I waited. What meant so much to me was that they both remembered me by name and were more than willing to interrupt what they were doing to assist me. You can't find that kind of customer respect and service very often at a car dealership. I am more than grateful to them both. More
