The insurance company had me take the car to Kistler Ford on Central Ave. when I picked my car up not only was i impressed with the body work I noticed that they popped out a dent that was not accident related as a courtesy. I am the father of two young boys. My car is never clean and has toys everywhere. They took the time to detail my car and organize the toys for the boys. My car looked like it just came off the line and was ready for sale. I can not THANK YOU enough for the professionalism and extra efforts you have made for my car. I appreciate it very much. My salesperson Lauren Moreau did a great job of hearing what I wanted and found me the perfect fit in my new 2015 Ford Explorer. I had interaction with Maxwell Ohnezeit from the start in which he was very proactive to pass me over to Lauren. Once we agree upon a price Justin Flood in Finance took to process to completion. I loved the teamwork at the dealership. While waiting for the process to be completed I spent some time talking with the owner Bobby Jorgensen. This was the best buying experience I've ever had buying a vehicle. By the way we did have a few bumps along the way during this process and the team handled every issue with resolve, solutions and professionalism. Great job TEAM !! I will buy from them again and will refer anyone I know looking for a new vehicle. More
