Stupefyingly horrid service dept The service dept. experience is horrid since they mainly work off of commission and, thus, relentlessly try to sell unnecessary services. For example The service dept. experience is horrid since they mainly work off of commission and, thus, relentlessly try to sell unnecessary services. For example, without actually inspecting each item, they tell you to replace your windshield wipers, a/c air filter, & engine air filter even when they have all been replaced only a few months ago. The technical/mechanical knowledge of all the service advisors is just about zero since they are essentially salespeople. In the unfortunate event you must utilize the service dept, stay away from Harvey Gonzalez and Bobby Rahmani in particular. And if you think the service manager, Ed Rubenfeld, will help you with any disputes with your service advisor, think again, as all he thinks about is getting higher commissions as well. Any shady behavior is encouraged by upper management since the dealership is expensive to operate (those "free" amenities need to be paid for somehow) and relies on profits from Toyota of Hollywood to stay afloat. Lexus corporate (Lexus Customer Assistance Center 1-800-255-3987) is inundated with customer complaints from this dealership, so make sure to open a case when you are mistreated. Hopefully, Lexus corporate will someday get the picture concerning the irreparable damage this dealership is inflicting on the Lexus brand. Back when this business was known as Countyline Lexus at its old location (Hollywood, FL), it was an amazing dealership with a service dept. that treated its customers with respect. Now, do yourself a huge favor and drive up to JM Lexus. I drive about 30 miles each way to JM Lexus to get my vehicle serviced, even though I live about 3 mins away from Lexus of North Miami. A few of the honest service advisors at JM I recommend are Bob Boumel and Chris Margolis. This review is based on a decades' worth of owning/servicing several Lexus models at several Florida dealerships. More

My service consultant Bobby Rahmani is excellent! He's worked with me from the very first time I brought my vehicle in for service, always giving me practical advice about my car, what needs to be taken care of and what can wait. He's always been very personable and had always given me personalized service. During a discussion about my service, he took now of the fact that I was thinking about trading my vehicle in and passed the word along to his sales team and they contacted me while my car was being serviced. When I came to pick up my vehicle I was put in touch with Mr. Justin Adderly, who then proceeded to talk to me about my options regarding my car, it's value and the best option for me to move into a newer car. He worked on my behalf to create a deal that fit my needs. Christian in finance as amazing as well, got me in and out within a matter of minutes, reclaiming everything along the way. Highly recommend them all! More

I would recommend to anyone seeking to purchase/lease a car to make sure they asked for Jose. Matt Silva was great too. No high pressure and we reached a fair deal. The Lexus Staff always make you feel like a you are a family. The service I received from the Rusty Star the Sales Manager was awesome. I can't say enough about the staff, from the Salesman Alberto Mesa, General Sales Manager, Ron Martin and the Director of Sales Richard. The whole staff goes above and beyond my expectations to make my buying experience a smooth and pleasurable. I recommend Lexus of North Miami to all my friends. Finally, I have to mention that Ron came and introduce himself and shook my hand and thank me for being a loyal customer. The Lexus staff makes your buying experience so exceptionally great that customer loyalty is easy. This is my 2nd time buying from Lexus because of the high levels of customer satisfaction. I have leased 2 ES-350's from Lexus of North Miami and have had a great dealer experience on both occasions. I have also had my car serviced exclusively at the dealership and have had on-time appoint and have had a great dealer experience on both occasions. I have limited time and I have found the service department to be efficient, friendly and I have spent as little time dealing with my car as I could. I am 100% satisfied with my sales and service experience. More

I always enjoy coming to the North Miami Lexus Dealership and appreciated the complimentary vehicle while mine was being serviced. Though it does have a tendency to get very busy, by booking an appointment y and appreciated the complimentary vehicle while mine was being serviced. Though it does have a tendency to get very busy, by booking an appointment you can minimize the time spent waiting. I like the upfront discussion when reviewing alternative solutions to maintenance upkeep on my vehicle. I would have liked to have talked to someone directly when I picked up my vehicle about the issues noted on the receipt that showed I was required to have certain items taken care of -- though I did place a follow-up call and received the answers. Overall, a very nice dealership with an abundance of amenities for the Lexus owner. More
