I drove all the way from the Detroit, Michigan area to purchase a new ST-Line Escape from Sunset Ford. Dealers where I live, in the vicinity of Ford World Headquarters, could not come close to the deal I purchase a new ST-Line Escape from Sunset Ford. Dealers where I live, in the vicinity of Ford World Headquarters, could not come close to the deal I got at Sunset! Sales Manager Larry Sidberry was extremely responsive and made me feel very comfortable with my purchase by providing outstanding pricing and trade-in terms. Jim spent a significant amount of time detailing all the various features and functions of my new SUV. The rest of the team was equally beyond great to deal with; courteous, attentive and professional. Having dealt with many other auto dealers in the past 40+ years, this crew was like no other, far exceeding my expectations. If you are within 500 miles of Sunset Ford consider this dealership for your next Ford purchase! More

We were working on settling us an estate and needed to sell two vehicles. Brad came to the house, picked up one of the vehicles and took it to the dealership. Got a report back from him on the offer in a sell two vehicles. Brad came to the house, picked up one of the vehicles and took it to the dealership. Got a report back from him on the offer in a few days and then they took a look at the second vehicle. They ended up purchasing both vehicles and Brad made the process so easy and smooth and done in a week! Could not have asked for better service or nicer staff than the people at Sunset. More
