Blitz We had a whirlwind week. Monday at 10 am, we got a massive repair bill on our old car, by 8 that evening, we were in a new chevy sonic. It was for m We had a whirlwind week. Monday at 10 am, we got a massive repair bill on our old car, by 8 that evening, we were in a new chevy sonic. It was for my fiance and she was extremely nervous about rather or not we would get the loan approved. Roger was confident and did everything he could to ease her mind. Next day we were accepting delivery, they called worked magic and actually got us a LOWER car payment than what she had. She loves her new car and will not go anywhere else. Roger is now her new favorite person as well. We also dealt with Brad on the loan side, he was fast and knowledgeable. I was stuneed to find out he was the newer guy. Roger was knowledgeable, fast and we went from car repair bill to new car in less than 24 hours. I currently own a chevy truck...and I already know where the next one is coming from. Thanks Roger and Brad, I can't tell you how excited she was to accept delivery, but I can tell you she smiles every time she sees her new car. More

Dealership is good so far. Have not used service deptment yet. Brad promised Bluetooth device for car but in almost two months since delivery device has not been given to me. Brad appears to be nice, but does not return calls or follow up on promises he makes. May use ELCO again, but will never deal with Brad in future sales. More

Brad is your best salesman!!! He is the best looking employee at Elco! In my opinion I think he should sit near the front where everyone who walks in can look at him. I normally don't write reviews or rate products, companies, or services purchased but I must say that I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Elco Chevrolet. Both of my salesman were extremely companies, or services purchased but I must say that I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Elco Chevrolet. Both of my salesman were extremely personable and easy to work with. I did rate the price at a four not because they didn't give me a great deal but because I didn't negotiate that well enough. I'm satisfied with what I paid but I also feel I should have bargained more. Again this is not a reflection on the dealer. James Crowe was also very helpful and was more than willing and able to answer any of my questions and ease all of my concerns. I would definitely recommend Elco Chevrolet to any of my friends, family, or associates for their vehicle purchasing needs. More

Brad Grellner, sales consultant, at Elco is exceptional. He takes a personal and real interest in his job, his knowledge about the vehicles he presents, and his customers. We purchased our car at 8:45pm, 9 He takes a personal and real interest in his job, his knowledge about the vehicles he presents, and his customers. What a deal! This dealership is one class act. Our first Cadillac was a 1963. To give you an idea of how many we have owned over the years. All were purchased from Cadillac dealers.This dealership ,and thes Cadillac was a 1963. To give you an idea of how many we have owned over the years. All were purchased from Cadillac dealers.This dealership ,and these employees beat them all in every way. Found the car on the internet,and called for more details. Brad and Cort assured us that it would be worth it to drive the 275 miles to the Dealership. The transaction was basically done over the phone, including our trade in ,which they had never seen. When we arrived they rolled out the Red Carpet, just as Brad said they would. Everything was exactly as they said it would be, no surprises ,no changes. Just can't say enough about these three folks and the Dealership. They are absolutely the best. Would highly recommend them ( already have ) to anyone. Wish we had known about them before now. This was the most pleasant and enjoyable buying experience we have EVER had. Love these wonderful people. More
