In the past, I have dealt with new and used car salesmen. I found them to be rather pushy and not personal. My experience with Hyundai was not like that. I met Rocky Brown right away outside and I told him exactly with I was there for. He talked with me to find out what I wanted and not what he wanted to sell me. He offered different cars and options that he that would suit me and showed me examples of cars and options that he could have sold me but told me that he would sell me those cars or choices since he thought I would not like them. I felt that he was looking out for my concerns and desires. My overall shopping experience was positive. I would recommend this dealership to others and I look forward to having my cars serviced through them. More

The salesman (Bobby) was friendly and low key. He listened to our needs and got us into the right vehicle. The management negotiated with us to meet the monthly payment we wanted. We didn't have to wait too long to close the sale - from the time we walked on the lot to when we drove away with a new Elantra was between 1 1/2 and 2 hours. We were very satisfied with the experience at Coastal Hyundai. That is why we came back after purchasing a new vehicle (a Santa Fe) about 12 years ago. We want to drive Hyundai because they have the features we need and because of the reliability of the brand. More
