This was especially refreshing because I came from a very disrespectful sales group at another dealership, and I was honestly hesitant to even try again. But the team here completely changed that. They were respectful, transparent, and made the entire process simple and stress-free. I left feeling confident, respected, and grateful. This was the first time I have ever purchased a car where the gas tank was a quarter full. The car was a 2024 and did not come with mats. I was forced to purchase a break light system called a "pulse" for $ the gas tank was a quarter full. The car was a 2024 and did not come with mats. I was forced to purchase a break light system called a "pulse" for $399 which I would not have purchased had I been given the choice. The only bright spot of our experience was working with salesman Preston. Very friendly and honest. I probably will not go back to this dealership in the future. More
