I've had been to 3 different nissan dealers while having my truck. Four star by far was the least interested in me as a customer. Will not be coming back. Other nissan dealers called, sympathized and walked my truck. Four star by far was the least interested in me as a customer. Will not be coming back. Other nissan dealers called, sympathized and walked me through the whole process. This place sent me a text of the bill. Disgusting, so I went in person to ask why I needed to spend 3k and all the mechanic could say was I did a test and it spilled on the floor. Legit sad to say I gave them my money cause I was going out of town. Will not recommend to friends and family. More

when I got home, I noticed a wet smear of waist oil on my inner door panel just below the window knowing it was an honest mistake all I want was to bring attention to it, so everyone involved is more cons inner door panel just below the window knowing it was an honest mistake all I want was to bring attention to it, so everyone involved is more conscious in the future. I used to work in this industry, and I realize these things do happen. I spoke with Blake about it, and he was very helpful, and I am satisfied with the solution, and I consider the matter closed satisfactory. I will definitely bring my car back to Four Stars Nissan and I highly recommend this Dealership. More

I had a coupon that made going to the dealer for an oil change reasonable. Making the service appointment online was easy and the experience of bringing in my car was efficient. The service agent knew what he was doing, and he explained everything to me is a way I could understand. It's too bad their prices to do things like fluid changes and other items are so high compared to smaller service shops or I'd come back more often (keep those coupons coming). More
