I've been going to this dealership for several years to get my Honda serviced there. There is another dealership that is closer to my home, but I go out of my way to drive further to Parker Johnstone because of the excellent, friendly service I receive there!

My Review Of Parker Johnstone Wilsonville Honda:

I arrived at the dealership without an appointment and Brandon was happy to help me. He helped me purchase the windshield wipers my car need and he even installed them for me! Brandon even went as far as to clean my tires because I had mentioned that my teenage daughter hit a curb the day before and the tire had a scuff mark on it. Thanks for being so helpful Brandon! I appreciate it.

I live on the east side of Portland, but drive in to Wilsonville whenever I need my car serviced because I have never found another service shop more friendly, honest, or helpful. Kristina, Jennette, and Brandon (along with the service team who I haven't met) have all helped me over the years, and I can't imagine finding a better team. Thanks guys!

Everyone seems to be straightforward about what services my car needs-at least I hope so! I only trust Parker Johnstone to work on the cars that I've purchased there-even if it means driving 50+ miles one way to do this. My family has purchased 3 Hondas from here-does that tell you anything?

My Review Of Parker Johnstone Wilsonville Honda:

I have only had my Pilot serviced one time at this dealership, but it would not start last weekend and I called to ask what they thought the problem might be. Although it was just a couple of minutes before closing time, Brandon not only correctly diagnosed the problem over the phone, but quickly came to the location and stayed until the Pilot was running again. I had run the battery down, and called AAA to charge it. I am extremely impressed that Brandon was not only willing, but insisted on staying to be sure the Pilot was running and was safe to drive, even thought it was after business hours. I would consider his actions far above and beyond the call of duty. You can bet I will continue having my Pilot serviced at this dealership!
