Brandon was a gem to work with on our first ever Audi purchase and this means something coming from me because buying cars is my least favorite thing to do. He was kind, efficient, and more than helpful purchase and this means something coming from me because buying cars is my least favorite thing to do. It's easy to assume an internet shopper is nothing more than a "shopper". I contacted Brandon while I was in Germany and made him an offer for an A8L listed in their inventory. He responded immediately than a "shopper". I contacted Brandon while I was in Germany and made him an offer for an A8L listed in their inventory. He responded immediately with a counter offer. I sent him and Thilo an "out the door" offer which they accepted. I sent them a credit card deposit and picked up the car when I returned from Germany. They treated me with respect and professionalism and I am happy to write this 5 Star rating for them both. More
