I will start out by saying the staff at the dealership is very professional, polite and knowledgeable. I met quite a few of the staff members and they all seemed very happy with their responsibilities and wo very professional, polite and knowledgeable. Worst experience I have ever had at a dealership. Poor communication, kept car for 2 weeks & no work was done on it, didn’t have a loaner we could use so my kids had to miss school/practices. Ultimat Poor communication, kept car for 2 weeks & no work was done on it, didn’t have a loaner we could use so my kids had to miss school/practices. Ultimately warranty came back and said they wouldn’t pay, so they wanted me to facilitate communication with the warranty company. At that point, it felt like a big game with no resolution in sight.
