I'm thoroughly impressed with the entire experience. The facilities are top-notch from the windmill and fountain to the playhouse that my kids loved to the beautiful cars indoors. I was grateful for the complimentary refreshments as well. Steve was very honest and very down to earth. He did everything possible to ensure I was able to go home with something far greater than I expected. I love being able to text message and submit documents online. I think this appeals to millennials as we are so used to the quick and simple way of getting things done. Also working 6 to 7 days a week it really made things go so smooth and I was able to maximize my time to get daily essential tasks done. Lastly I was very impressed with my ability to get added protections although the vehicle was sold as is. I felt very secure after my purchase and my monthly payments are super manageable for such a great vehicle. This was overall a wonderful experience and a really good day for me. I work really hard on the job and also with our kids because my partner travels for work and this gave me a lot of motivation to keep doing well and to work even harder. Thanks again to everyone who helped made this happen. Many blessings to everyone at Toyota Corwin. More

It took and email and a phone call. I was refunded for tire rotation that was not done and reimbursed for tire repair that occured the following week after they were supposed to fix a s I was refunded for tire rotation that was not done and reimbursed for tire repair that occured the following week after they were supposed to fix a slow leak, It became a large issue after they tried to fix it. The tire place that fixed it showed me how messed up the tire was. I feel its fair I was reimbursed. I did also miss work due to this issue. But satisfied. More

Long story short I had received an email to contact this person ( Brant Wilson) and to I have tried on several occasions. Left 2 messages cause I wasn’t sure if the first 1 actually went thru so I did a fo person ( Brant Wilson) and to I have tried on several occasions. Left 2 messages cause I wasn’t sure if the first 1 actually went thru so I did a follow up call the next day. Well this has been going way too long it shouldn’t take a week for a return phone call. If they are out of office for any length of time then they need to say so in there recording that they have set up that we hear. More

Worked with Andy Olson. Go out of your way to work with this gentleman. Very nice and friendly, and build a great rapport quickly. Had a vehicle on Corwins Honda lot, was more than willing to come over there and work with me, however; the vehicle sold prior to my test drive. He found some other options on their Toyota lot, got trade value and made the deal. ST in finance was awesome too, got me a rate lower than my bank which was sweet!!
