In 2017 we bought our lease for an Outback Premium from another Subaru dealership in the Denver area. In January we started the process to get a new car/lease. Even though I made clear to the sales staff that I wanted a fair, straightforward, “numbers” based meeting I got the “customer” nightmare waste of time of sit and wait then up sell. Groove was the opposite. We started the leasing process in January, got a decent price but not ours. Then COVID hit and all leases could be extended 6 months. In late August I contacted all of the Subaru dealers ships in the Denver area again and again Groove was the only one to keep the process “customer friendly and timely. After 10 days of getting offers I called Rolly made the deal and to my surprise the monthly price we paid was $28.00 less than the Groove offer as well as $4.00 less than our 2017 lease. Vinnie who assisted in the sale and the finance team were professional and customer service driven. If you can’t stand buying or leasing a car, are leery of car dealerships or just hate the process go to Groove and the Groove Team will change your experience and probably in the process save you money. More

At the end of March I made my first “big girl” purchase. My first car purchased completely by myself. Joe did an amazing job throughout the entire process. I waited a couple days before purchasing and he kept in contact with me to let me know how many other people he noticed were interested. I didn’t feel pressured in anyway. But I felt informed. Joe is knowledgeable in the Subaru brand and can answer all the questions you may have. He promised to get me the backseat cover and followed through to get that. I’ve encountered many dealerships while going through my car search but Groove/Joe outdid all of the other places. Even in the finance department they went over every package and was helpful with picking the right one for my car. Only thing to note is that due to covid there is a delay in registering the vehicle. They will explain that to you though :) Thanks Groove! More

I went in and Grace found me the perfect subaru based on just a couple quick questions. She was upfront and handled business in a very professional manor but was also affable. They worked with me by trading just a couple quick questions. She was upfront and handled business in a very professional manor but was also affable. They worked with me by trading in my old junky van and got me into payments that are affordable. The whole team made my experience very enjoyable and a little less nerve racking. Overall i would HIGHLY recommend Groove Subaru. I love my 2020 Outback and I couldn't thank them enough! More

Had gone to Denver in search of a car, every dealer I had gone to had poor customer service or and made me feel like I was just dollar signs. I'm glad I took the time to stop at Grooves.
