My name is Brett Mathis. I have been a Service Advisor for over 6 years now and with Ford for 2 years. I really enjoy my job working for Sunset Ford & Ford Motor Company because it is a line of vehicles I most enjoy, especially Mustangs. Mustang are an area I feel most confident in and enjoy helping customers learn and understand what upgrades are most suitable for the customer’s expectations. I personally own 4 fords including a 1951 Ford Tudor. Last year, I became a Master Certified Service Advisor since I have been here with Sunset Ford. I was born and raised in Saint Louis and proud to work for a dealership that has been in business for over 100 years!

Great Experience Sunset was easy to work with during negotiating the car deal. Steve Lower and Larry Sidberry did a great job. This deal was a little unique as there are a lot of modifications to the stock 2017 Mustang GT that I purchased and the service department (Brett Mathis) helped make sure I was getting the correct parts for the modification and they will be completing everything in house. Larry Sidberry is always great to work with and always available to help us! This time he gave us Casey Fowler as a Sales Rep and he was FANTASTIC!! Explained everything in great detail and was very patient with us. He is VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND I WOULD DEFINETLY RECOMMEND HIM AGAIN TO ANYONE! New Car, Amazing Price! I was in Sunset Ford to look at a new Mustang. I dealt with Casey Fowler and he was hands down the best salesman I have ever dealt with in a dealershi I was in Sunset Ford to look at a new Mustang. I dealt with Casey Fowler and he was hands down the best salesman I have ever dealt with in a dealership. The car I wanted wasn't on the lot so he was able to order one for a price I definitely couldn't argue with. As a bonus I had Brett in service put a spoiler on the car for me and Treff handled the finance. Everyone in sunset I dealt with was awesome and all worked like a well oiled machine. I recommend going to sunset ford and seeing Casey fowler in sales, for maintenance and service see Brett Mathis, and when you are ready to lock on a deal Treff is the guy to see. More

The dealership facility and service department is very clean and modern. The finance department and service department personnel were very professional and customer oriented. appointment not honored I made an appointment on a Friday evening for 7 a.m. on Monday to have my 2012 Fleetwood motorhome service. The motorhome has an F53 Ford chasis. I ma I made an appointment on a Friday evening for 7 a.m. on Monday to have my 2012 Fleetwood motorhome service. The motorhome has an F53 Ford chasis. I made the appointment with their service writer Mike. When I arrived on Monday at 7 am, I was told by their service writer Brett, that her wasn't sure that they could diagnose why my windshield motor would not turn on and that he wouldn't be able to get me in for at least another day. I had told Mike I was already late departing on my trip and he assured me he could get me in first thing Monday. I have had numerous vehicles serviced here before but not anymore. Update as of 5/11/15...I worked with Svc Mgr Justin who appologized for the situation and helped me get my money refunded for a part I purchased from their parts department before I left the day of my appointment. More

Green Ford Fiesta I was having shifting problems with my Fiesta, I took it to the dealership I bought it from and I felt like they never actually fixed the problem. I decided to bring it to Sunset Ford and everyone there was so helpful, Brett Mathis was especially helpful, he was very detailed on what he was going to do to fix the problem.
