My Review of Elk Grove Toyota:
I took my Camry in for regularly-scheduled maintenance and was greeted in a very nice, professional manner. My car was finished at the time it was promised and the attendants made sure I was satisfied before I left. As always, they provided Great Customer service and I woudl highly recommend them.

My Review of Elk Grove Toyota:
I have been bringing my 2006 Prius in to Elk Grove Toyota for almost 5 years now and they have always been terrific. What I want to especially note is the EXCELLENT customer service we received March 26th 2011 from one of the service support staff, Ma.

For reasons relating to communicating with Toyota Motors about the Prius headlights, we needed a list of all the times we had had specific work done on our car. Ma went the extra mile and provided us with not only a list of date and general service we had had done, but also printed out the specific info we needed to share with Toyota Motors. This simplified our problem immensely.

I now live quite a distance from Elk Grove Toyota, but it is still the only place I will go for service to my Prius. I have tried other Toyota dealers closer to my home in Natomas, but none provide the same enthusiasm and professionalism I have experienced every time I have brought my Prius in to Elk Grove Toyota.

Now if only they also fixed Subarus!

My Review of Elk Grove Toyota:
Conflicting reasons as to who authorizes service; sales manager says he has no say on the service side, the service manager says the sales manager needs to approve the work (which one is it!!!). The vehicle pulled to the right as my wife test drove it, the salesman said it would be taken care of if purchased. When it was brought in we were told that all vehicles pull to the right and that it would not be fixed. The car also was in to have the hood buffed and paint the rear bumper. When picking up the car I noticed deep scratches in the front passenger side door. The sales manager and advisor are saying it was there when I purchased the car.

The repairs have been completed to my wife and my satisfaction. EG Toyota did work with us to make sure we were satisfied with their service. Mark and Brian took the time to work with me and make sure everything was repaired. I can say even though we were not in agreement at first, they did make things good in the end.

My Review of Elk Grove Toyota:
I’ve been around - Brian Chase and the service department crew at Elk Grove Toyota consistently deliver exceptional service, whereas, I found Honda's service to be utterly lacking. Although I owned Rangers for many years, my next truck will be a Toyota - assuming that I ever wear my Tacoma out.

My Prius has performed beyond my expectations. The mileage, performance and interior room were more than I imagined. My next vehicle will be a Toyota.

My Review of Elk Grove Toyota:
My family and friends have bought more than 20 cars from Elk Grove Toyota and have all received great deals.
But it’s the service after the sale that we’re so impressed with. I drive an extra 30 miles one way just to service my 2 Toyotas because I can trust the service department. Nothing more needs to be said.

My Review of Elk Grove Toyota:
We have purchased two new vehicles and one used vehicles in the past five years from Elk Grove Toyota. Along with our purchases we choose to have our maintenance done at Elk Grove although we live in Folsom which is about 32 miles away. We love working with Brian Rea, he is so helpful and tries to give us the best deal that he can. I can't say for sure but I think he has given us some of his commission to help us get the deal we wanted. Not that we would ever go to any other Toyota dealer after our first purchase experience.

Why would we do this? Because of the staff at Elk Grove Toyota! And we will keep returning because of many things.

For instance I like the fact that we don't get pressured by any of the sales team. I have while waiting for service on one of our vehicles walked around looking at the inventory and never once have I felt like I was being pushed into purchasing a newer vehicle. this is not what my experience has been like at other dealerships. And speaking about getting service done, the service team, all the members, treat me with respect. They actively listen to what I have to say and know exactly what needs to be done.

Financing was very easy and the staff in the Finance department were very helpful and understanding. Everyone worked to get me the best rate available.

The staff have always made me feel like I was their most important customer, we will continue to make the drive to Elk Grove! Sorry Folsom Lake Toyota!
