Marcus Purdy was friendly, knowledgable and helpful in showing us the available cars. Brian Doyle and Kimberly Veney were also friendly, efficient and very competent as they helped with the purchase and the financing. PRESSURED!!!!!!! I had to ask more than 15 times to get in writing the price of the new 2015 Toyota Corolla and the interest rate!!!!! I was PRESSURED, I repeat, PRES I had to ask more than 15 times to get in writing the price of the new 2015 Toyota Corolla and the interest rate!!!!! I was PRESSURED, I repeat, PRESSURED by Mike and Brian to buy the car on the spot. Repeatedly I told them I wanted to go home and compare their price with the other prices I had been given, but they didn't want to listen to what I had to say. FINALLY, after being there for 2 hours, they wrote down the information I requested. The next day I went back to purchase the new Toyota Corolla. They announced my name over the intercom and congratulated me for the purchase of a new 2015 Toyota Corolla. Within a minute, after I was congratulated over the intercom, the monthly price jumped up more then $50!!! I was told they "forgot" something. When I mentioned how much pressure his salespeople put on me, he laughed and said he was pressuring them to sale cars. Well, all that pressure they tried to put on me, DIDN'T work at all!!!!!! I happily and peacefully purchased a new 2015 Toyota Corolla at the dealership in Gastonia WITHOUT any pressure at all. More

My Tire had blew out while on the highway. I leased a 2015 Toyota Avalon, on June 29, 2015. I didn't drive the care for almost 2 weeks, due to my past experince of the new car 30 day curse. I leased a 2015 Toyota Avalon, on June 29, 2015. I didn't drive the care for almost 2 weeks, due to my past experince of the new car 30 day curse. The last two time beside this one I leased Toyota's and my car has been in some kind of accident no fault of mine within the 30 days o fpurchasing the car. I decide to drive my car on July 4th holiday, to get a feel of the sleek new style and comfort. I hit a hole in hte road and demoished my front right tire. After trying to get Toyota care on line to come and repair the tire ( which never happen) AAA was called and repaired the tire within 45 mins of my call. I brought me car into the dealership that following Monday at which the dealership got right on the problem, but after my ordeal with Toyotacare the previous day Stephanie- customer relations manager was very professional, caring and most of all took my complaints serious. After I spoke with her, she not only directed mt to service, walked me over, and keep me abreast of the serivce time line. In service Lauren Aronovski was my service personnel who was not only knowledgeable of the car, tire and what was going ot happen ( how it would take) keep me abreast also on what was going on (had to determine how it happen), she was genernally considered about my previous ( day from H---) and that I wasn't there to make this matter any worse than what I had already experience. Before I left the dealership I was told Lauren Aronovski would be in contact with me when the tire was available (out of stock) later that day. Lauren Aronovski did call me to inform me that tire was in. When I returned to the dealership she was a pleasent as the first time I saw/meet her. I had to also come back to pick up jack ( damage the day before), once again she called very pleasent, professional to inform me I could pick up the item. If I could have had this type of service from Toyota Care (while I was stranded on a busy highway) my 30 day new car curse wouldn't have matter. Go Toyota North Charlottte, I will be buying and sending my family, friends and collegue there to purchase or get GOOD service. Thank you once again More
