When we bought our car we thought it started off great until we got to the signing and the lady had to retype it 3 times because she kept messing up. Driving it home we noticed it needed an alignment we c until we got to the signing and the lady had to retype it 3 times because she kept messing up. Driving it home we noticed it needed an alignment we called our sales man and left a message. He never called us ba k so we had to call the manager who helped us. Then we noticed that our contract started off $1,000 higher then we agreed and the manger agreed to refund us. We then were expecting the sales tax check with in 7 days and also the refund check. 14 days later we still didn’t recieve either. I called the manger who then wouldn’t return my call so I had to call their accounting department to get them to send us our checks. This experience has been more frustrating then the car is worth More
