When I walked into Honda Cars of Bellevue I had two other offers in my head. I spoke with Tony and test drove a CRV. He was not pushy, he simply gave me the information and asked where I would feel comfortable with my payment. This was completely different than I had been experiencing at the two other dealerships. The ease of the process (and of course the beautiful CRV) convinced me to purchase the vehicle. It was an enjoyable and exciting experience. I will be back, but not for a few years as I am in love with my CRV!! Thank you so much!

We had an excellent experience at this location. First of all the sales people Faiz and Elizabeth were very friendly, not pushy like you'd expect, they had answers to all our questions. The financing was a breeze, Tari really knew her stuff. Finally Tony was great to negotiate with. We got a great deal on our new Honda CR-V without the hassle seen at most dealers.

Thanks so much for getting us into my dream car for the price I wanted to pay. We walked away from the other 2 Honda Dealerships in Omaha! We love our 2012 Honda Pilot! My Review of Honda Cars of Bellevue:
At Honda Cars of Bellevue, you will experience the best in customer service, and be treated like family. I was interested in buying a new Honda Accord, and inquired with Tony with all of my questions. He answered all of my questions and I told him I would stop in later in the week. When I returned, Tony was with a customer so he had me work with Liz who was just as excellent. She answered all of my questions, and got me the deal that I was looking for!!! Did I mention that I was a repeat customer?

When you are looking to purchase a new car, you want a dealer that is not trying to sell you a car, but earn your business the honest way, and continue to serve you everytime you want to purchase a vehicle. You want a dealer that wants you to come back when you need a vehicle. You want an upfront and honest dealer who wants to make you part of the family. Honda Cars of Bellevue is all of that.

Honda should be very happy that they have employees like Tony S and Liz who make the car buying experience a wonderful experience. From the time you walk in the door, until you leave, you are treated like family. Thanks Honda Cars of Bellevue for setting the bar high for all other auto dealers. My Review of Honda Cars of Bellevue:
We traded in two cars for one new 2011 Honda CR-V EX. Tony was our salesperson, he was very professional, competent and friendly. He came across honest and sincere which we appreciated especially in the negotiation of the final price. I would have like a lower net difference in price between the new car and our trade ins but I was comfortable enough to proceed forward and close the deal. Tony was there the next day when we picked up our new car and gave us a great overview of the features on our new vehicle and more than once told us to call him if we had any questions. Tari was our financial service person. She went over available extended warranties and was not pushing when we declined them. She made the financing part of our new car very pleasant. In summary both Tony and Tari made buying our new care a very pleasant experience and we would recommend our friends to talk to them if they are in the market for a new vehicle.

My Review of Honda Cars of Bellevue:
Having done my own research on various new cars (including what to expect on final prices) and liking the looks of the 2011 CRV, I then talked with about 6-8 CRV owners to get their opinions about their cars. Their responses were consistently very positive about this make and model. No one had a negative thing to say. A member of my family had purchased and leased cars from Honda Cars of Bellevue and recommended that I talk with Rob Rodriguez, the Sales Manager. Rob subsequently lined me up with Tony Sorensen, their sales consultant.

Walking in, I knew exactly what I wanted, right down to the color and approximate price. Both of these gentlemen were very friendly and I felt that I was being treated fairly. I did not feel pressured and overall I was comfortable with the interactions. The whole process went smoothly and took very little time. In the end, I was very satisfied with the agreed upon price. Tony Hill, the dealership's finance professional, handled the final paperwork. He too was easy to work with and we got through that process quickly as well. When I picked up the new car, Tony Sorensen spent as much time as needed in answering my questions about the specifics of operating the car. Car shopping usually is very stressful for me, but this was my best experience so far.

My Review of Honda Cars of Bellevue:
I have purchased new cars from Ford, Chevy, Plymouth, Datsun (showing my age) and Hyundai dealerships and this was by far my most pleasant experience. Everyone I met was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and went out of their way to make my buying experience easy and enjoyable. The dealership has excellent facalities and the staff is made up of "down home" people who know their business and work at customer service and satisfaction. This is the first Honda I have purchased and if the car is half as good as the people who work at the dealership, I'll be one happy camper. If you are interested in buying a Honda at a fair price from people who want to HELP you without the pressure and hype, you need to visit Honda Cars of Bellevue.
