We obtained a vehicle from this dealership, for which we were not receiving the registration. After numerous calls and being blown off, we found that the vehicle was still under previous owner's name as dea were not receiving the registration. In my many years of purchasing vehicles Van Chevrolet just gave us the #1 WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE OF ALL TIME. WORST experience EVER! They are HORRIBLE!! Service department lost keys TWICE! Drove our brand new Denali off the lot and it broke down three days after we purchased it. We They are HORRIBLE!! Service department lost keys TWICE! Drove our brand new Denali off the lot and it broke down three days after we purchased it. We took it to the service department. Never heard a word from anybody. Called for a month straight and got the runaround from the sales department and the service department. Apparently someone misplaced the truck keys. When we finally went to pick it up… They couldn’t find the keys. Luckily I had brought the spare set. The truck was filthy! We left with a dirty truck driving with a spare set of keys. More

So my key fob stopped working, the tire pressure gauges were giving an error and I take it to Van. It took them a week before they even looked at it. Then they say it is some sort of a chip or transmitter were giving an error and I take it to Van. It took them a week before they even looked at it. Then they say it is some sort of a chip or transmitter that needs to be replaced. So they order it, one comes in and they say that they can't use it because it was already programmed to another VIN number. I ask, "I thought I was getting a new part?" they said "it came in the box" I said just because it is in the box doesn't mean it is new.. So they order another one. More days pass. The second one, they tell me I can get the truck by the end of the day, then they tell me that "the pins are bent in this one and we can't use it", again I ask, I thought I was getting a new part? Then he hits me with more bad news. That the part is on backorder with NO eta. He let's me know that they will help me out as I have had a rental car all this time. Bare in mind that the car alarm goes off every-time I want to get into the vehicle.. My neighbors think I am breaking into my own car every morning at the crack of dawn. So then I get a call letting me know that they will give me $100 for the rental... no where close to covering that cost. I asked to have the manager give me a call and they said that they would have them call me. Never heard from them. Emailed, called, emailed again. Never heard back. I get that they have no control over the part situation. But the customer service, the dragging me along, the xx about the parts that they got not being ones they could use, and then not covering the cost of the rental.. I expect at least to have that cost covered. Especially with all this run around. More
