Absolutely the greatest of them all - because Ric Flair is to wrestling, and Babe Ruth is to baseball, Jerry Giec is to the world of car dealerships! Absolutely the greatest of them all - because he treats you like family and you just feel comfortable in dealing with him; a sales consultant that listens to you, shows you your options, goes through everything with you, and most of all he is honest. We already know that Toyota automobiles are among the best there is, and then you come to this dealership and the staff is welcoming and friendly and you also cannot say enough about the finance department, Jack Prato in particular, who made that process as smooth as anything. Jerry did a fantastic job in going over the features and systems in the vehicle. He handed us over to Jack Prado who made the financial portion of the transaction go smoothly, by being organized and knowledgeable.The whole process was as efficient and painless as possible. We will definitely return to the dealership for future purchases because of Jerry. More

Horrible sales experience I was dealing initially with Yuri in internet sales. I mentioned I had a quote for a vehicle in the area exactly the same as the one they had. I asked I was dealing initially with Yuri in internet sales. I mentioned I had a quote for a vehicle in the area exactly the same as the one they had. I asked if they would match my quote. She said they don't look at quotes online and to come in and bring a printed copy. She told me to meet with the sales manager Brian Monks. I went in and asked for Brian who pawned me off to another sales associate who wouldnt even look at my quote in person. He dismissed me and told me to go ahead and go to the competitor. So I will be doing that. More
