Horrible sales experience I was dealing initially with Yuri in internet sales. I mentioned I had a quote for a vehicle in the area exactly the same as the one they had. She said they don't look at quotes online and to come in and bring a printed copy. She told me to meet with the sales manager Brian Monks. I went in and asked for Brian who pawned me off to another sales associate who wouldnt even look at my quote in person. He dismissed me and told me to go ahead and go to the competitor. So I will be doing that. More
