I would’ve given a rating of two if it had not been for the service department. I’ve called multiple times to get my suburban in so I could get a price on what it’s worth and order a new suburban. I starte the service department. I’ve called multiple times to get my suburban in so I could get a price on what it’s worth and order a new suburban. I started these emails 3 to 4 months ago and still have not heard back. I realize you probably don’t have the suburbans in yet, but could someone please update me on what the situation is? More

Everyone we encountered was very friendly and helpful, and that is besides Brian our salesman and Bob our finance guy. Brian was easy to work with and answered any questions we had. He took the time to go through all of the "gadgets" on the truck that I hadn't dealt with before. Great job overall! More
