Our preapproved loan was confirmed and the credit union only needed the contract sent and all was done. But no. It was miserable. My loan officer at the credit union told me he should not have done that running our credit again. More

But he had my credit ran through a second time and now we pay more for the loan. Said our credit and payment was all set up but did not listen. he needs to understand what preapproved means. I would recommend your dealership and Brian but watch out for the finance person because he does not understand when you come in as a preapproved for finance. Now we have 2 hard marked on our credit report and not 1. Brought down our credit rating. More
