I have been using Jim Butler Chevy for service since the 90s when they were on Watson. This last visit was to fix some damaged caused when replacing my battery a month ago. I would’ve given a rating of two if it had not been for the service department. I’ve called multiple times to get my suburban in so I could get a price on what it’s worth and order a new suburban. I starte the service department. I’ve called multiple times to get my suburban in so I could get a price on what it’s worth and order a new suburban. I started these emails 3 to 4 months ago and still have not heard back. I realize you probably don’t have the suburbans in yet, but could someone please update me on what the situation is? More
