Scheduled an oil change for my used 2019 f150, and scheduled transmission diagnostic because yellow wrench icon appeared on dash. Upon arrival I was told they could do my oil change but I would have scheduled transmission diagnostic because yellow wrench icon appeared on dash. Upon arrival I was told they could do my oil change but I would have to reschedule to have diagnostic services done. This is my 2nd attempt at having my transmission fixed, I feel as if the dealer will not do anything until I have to tow it in. Then, When I got my truck back after the oil change, the radio antenna was gone. This is my 3rd visit to lake ford and each time has been a disappointment. More
