Here they didn’t treat me differently and were absolutely amazing to work with. I had been searching for a certain xc60 for almost a month. I had been to no less than 10 new car dealerships. After all of that, I knew exactly what I wanted, what I wanted to pay and what it should cost to buy one including what fees were crap fees and what fees were legit. I called and spoke with Derrick Standridge around 4;00. Told them exactly what I wanted and worked out a deal over the phone. I live over an hour away and once I got there that evening they had the paperwork ready with no hidden fees. I was in and out within 2 hours tops. Derrick was very patient and knowledgeable, along with everyone in the dealership. They treated me like a friend. I have had to go back to get a couple of things and each time they have been a pleasure to do business with. I will use them for as long as I can and I will send them as much business as I can, because they have set such a high standard with the quality of their customer service. More

Service is absolutely top notch here - they are HONEST. Rare these days. Michael, Brian, and Marcus are the 3 reasons why we only come here for service. Just bought our 6th Volvo and this dealer treated me with the utmost respect. No haggling, no running back and forth to the F&I manager - just the best price on an amazing vehicle. I purchased an XC60 in 45 minutes. The sales manager Tim is straightforward and direct - soft-spoken but means what he says. He comes from a family of teachers and personally added on to my Volvo Teacher discount, as I am a teacher. We will buy our 7th Volvo (for our teen) here! The F&I manager Alexis was also honest and upfront, making financing easy to navigate and painless. Keith handled delivery and patiently showed me all the bells and whistles on my XC60. More
