Timely service was not the case. My vehicle sat in the lot for 48 minutes of a 1 hour appointment estimate, before entering the shop. Will never go there again! Worst customer service in the service department! Made an appointment for the hood latch sensor,issue with the taillight and inspection! Dropped the truck off the evening before b service department! Made an appointment for the hood latch sensor,issue with the taillight and inspection! Dropped the truck off the evening before because i love an hour away. Got a call the next day that they needed to drive my truck 50-100 miles then i could pick it up. I told them I would be down to drive it. I didn’t want someone out that long in my vehicle. Got down there and the inspection was done BUT the taillight wasn’t fixed. It is non operational so it should have failed inspection. Was told that it was working just fine. Went out to the truck and showed them. Got a lame excuse how a 20+ year employee did the inspection. Maybe it’s a glitch. It hasn’t been working properly for a few months and showed them the ticket i received for it being out. The employee proceeded to argue with me. I took my truck and left! I’ll take it to another dealer from now on and never go back. I only bought this truck from this dealer because no one else had it in stock. I regret doing business with this dealer. More
