I purchased a Elantra N and had a less than pleasant experience. They wouldn’t offer the deal that was made with the sales associate over the phone. They also didn’t honor any 2023 bonuses at all and they valued my car as “fair condition” when it was in perfect working and cosmetic order. Scott treated me like this was my first car I’ve ever purchased and made it a very timely process. I was dissatisfied, disappointed, and will no be buying my next Hyundai through Pride Hyundai of Seekonk. More
