Even though two of the cars I had originally picked were sold just minutes before I could do anything (talk about bad timing!), he stayed positive and made the whole experience as smooth and painless as possible. Despite the initial disappointment, he turned it into something that felt special—like I wasn’t losing out on two cars, but actually getting the one that was meant for me. And honestly, I was shocked to find out he’s new to car sales! He’s so natural at it, it feels like he’s been doing this all his life. I’m so glad he was our sales agent.
