My Review of Kings Toyota:
We really loved working with Bruce. We came in looking for a sienna, expecting our third baby and Bruce really took care of us. This was actually our first car buying experience as a couple, and we were feeling very apprehensive about the entire process.
Bruce showed us several models of the sienna van, allowed us time to take a test drive, and also time to leave and think about things for a few weeks.
We truly appreciated the "no rush" and "no push" hard sell that really intimidated us coming into the process. It's a lot of money to spend, on a purchase that we'd have for several years carrying our family from here, there to everywhere. We wanted the time and space to figure out if this was right for us. Bruce gave us exactly what we needed and wanted.
He was amazing during the purchasing process. He was very available when we called him and open and honest in answering every question we threw his way. We're thankful we had him!! We will definitely be repeat customers and recommend anyone that asks to go see our friend Bruce Ihle.

My Review of Kings Toyota:
On a recent trip to look at cars my wife and I went to Kings toyota. We were looking at new cars in the lot when Bruce introduced himself to us. He informed us that their cars were stored inside the showroom. After giving us a breif history of the facility he asked us what type of vehical we were interested in. He took us to the area where the 7 passenger suvs were kept and and explained options and features on different models.
Our plan was to finance a new car through a credit union so we needed buyers invoices to take to the credit union. Bruce provided us with several invoices and answered all of our questions while providing us some time to talk amongst ourselves.
We then informed Bruce that we were going to look at other dealerships and he gave us his card and didn't pressure us into buying a car from him.
After going to several other dealers and receiving some terrible service we decided to go back to toyota mainly because of the customer service Bruce showed us.

We ended up buying a 4 Runner that day and didn't finance through the credit union but went with toyota financing. In past experiences the hard sell comes when you go in to sign the paperwork. I went in expecting John Gonzalas to try and sell us options and warranties ect. but he never did. The only thing he tried to sell us was gap insurance if our insurer didn't offer it. It was a remarkably easy and pleasant experience. Iwill definately go bsck and recommend this dealership to freinds.

My Review of Kings Toyota:
I feel that Mr. Bruce Ihle was a very nice and honest sales person, this is "Why" I rated him so highly. I went to Kings Toyota already knowing what vehichle I wanted to purchase and Mr. Ihle put me in that vehichle with no run around about the price. (the run around that I had recieved at another dealership, as far as pricing) With the experience I had with Mr. Ihle and Kings Toyota, I would return again the next time I decide to purchase a vehicle; I would also recommend Mr. Ihle and the dealership to family and friends.
