There is one open issue which local dealer is working on that is the color difference of the radio antenna to what was shown us at the time of purchase. More

After dealing with stress from storm damaging previous vehicle and entire state not having much inventory; I decided to try Honda. When Bruce mentioned prices for used and new wasn't much different, I immediately decided new was a must. He walked me over to 2 that just came off the truck and after checking to make sure there was rear entertainment, I was sold! Bruce was great to work with and he continues to contact to make sure I'm still loving my new ride! More

Poor Salesman Setup an appointment with salesman, get to dealership he has other customers then and has another customer scheduled later, no time for us. Wife test drives the CR-V, likes it so we start talking price, Superior automatically add in 159.99 for splash guards, I missed it in the quote given, we discussed this and our salesman kinda seems annoyed that I am questioning that we have to pay for these, then another salesman stick his arrogant nose in to our conversation ' well we can take them off if you don't want them', wife liked them so we left them on. Our grandkids were with us, the said that our salesman was rather grumpy. It took over three hours from the time we got there to the time we left. The base price had already been discussed, however Chuck did not give to our salesman. More

He was polite, pleasant, and knowledgeable. He helped us compare two cars we were looking at, and even though, we were there 1.5 hours AFTER closing he was patient and allowed us time to make a decision. The loan process was extremely easy with them and we were very satisfied when we left with our 2019 Civic. When we first began looking for a new car, my husband was against going to a large dealership. Superior Honda changed his outlook on large dealerships. We would definitely recommend them to EVERYONE! More
