He was polite, pleasant, and knowledgeable. He helped us compare two cars we were looking at, and even though, we were there 1.5 hours AFTER closing he was patient and allowed us time to make a decision. The loan process was extremely easy with them and we were very satisfied when we left with our 2019 Civic. When we first began looking for a new car, my husband was against going to a large dealership. Superior Honda changed his outlook on large dealerships. We would definitely recommend them to EVERYONE! More

From online research I had done, I knew I wanted a CR-V or Passport. Bruce explained features of both and I was able to test drive each. I didn't feel any pressure from Bruce to purchase. Since I had no trade-in, this was just a straight purchase. Bruce answered all my questions and went over details of the car when I picked it up. He made sure everything was immaculate and I drove off having had any questions or concerns addressed. More
