Tire/wheel swap The service, interactions and amenities at the service center are great, what isn't great is the time it takes for service. I had an appointment to swap my winter wheels onto the car, which isn't a huge task, but it still took close to 90 minutes from check-in to check-out. Given the appointment, 30 minutes seems a much more reasonable wait - I would understand longer if I did not have an appointment. More
