On November 7th 2016, Customer Service Representatives and Service Manager ignored customer with a 2006 Audi A3. Customer was scheduled to bring her Audi A3 in at 10 A.M. to remove rim to ascertain if bolt pattern was 5 x 112 or 5 x 110. A female customer service representative didn't understand bolt patterns and confused it with tire size. The Service Manager who was an older man was busy doing something else and ignored the 2006 Audi A3 owner. Service Manager showed no interest in assisting the Audi owner. The reality of Des Moines Audi's so-called Great Customer Service referenced by other Audi owners on this web site applies only to newer Audi's under warranty. Audi Des Moines does not care to service the older Audi. However; they want do want to sell or lease a new model. Dealerships like Audi Des Moines have only one mission: Sell Cars and service the Audi still under warranty...not assist owners with older models. Love Audi's. But will never buy on from Audi Des Moines. The 2006 Audi A3 owner was assisted by the Volkswagen Dealership next door. Those folks understand what Customer Service is all about. Audi Des Moines employees need to take lessons from them.
