She was warm, knowledgeable about the dealership and the sales team, and immediately made me feel comfortable. My salesperson, Bryan Galczynski, was exceptional to work with. The entire process was refreshingly straightforward. There were no games, no gimmicks, and no pressure, just honest communication and a genuine focus on helping me find the right vehicle. Bryan was professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of my time, which I appreciated. What stood out most was how smooth and transparent everything felt from beginning to end. Service was excellent until I received a survey. They attempted to bribe me with a full tank of gas for all 10s on the survey. Even though I attempted to let the sales rep and his manager know that I appreciated their service (as indicated by 9s and 10s in the survey), I was informed by them that I would not receive the truck bed cover they promised before the survey, due to the survey scores I provided. They said, "The survey cost them money." Agaqin, I gave them 9s and 10s. I am currently attempting to get this matter resolved with management More
