Hate to do it since I don’t like leaving negative reviews on businesses but I have to say I’m thoroughly disappointed in Hyundai on Perryville and don’t think I can bring myself to recommend them to people a on businesses but I have to say I’m thoroughly disappointed in Hyundai on Perryville and don’t think I can bring myself to recommend them to people anymore. While the sales people were friendly and overall helpful, I can’t say the same for management and service. We’ve bought our last 4 cars from them (19 Kona, 20 Tucson, 20 Veloster N and 22 Kona N). The first 3 went fairly smoothly. The last one did not at all. A lot of unnecessary back and forth games and after being ready to go to a dealership in Schaumburg, they finally got numbers around where I wanted. I should’ve just gone somewhere else. We ended up buying from there and after a few days I noticed all sorts of scratches that looked like they happened when they took the wrap off of it. They were taking care of it. No biggie. Dropped it off this morning and picked it up about an hour ago. Came back looking worse than it did going in. Dried wax residue, more scratches, wax on the plastic that I have to get off, water-spots galore (so it was most likely just washed and waxed in 6 hours). Everything seems so lazily done and after the buying experience and now the service experience, I think we’ll be finding a new go to in the future. More

From start to finish their customer service was second to none. Dave was outstanding! He answered all my questions and went over and beyond by installing my new car seat covers and my new furry steering whee none. Dave was outstanding! He answered all my questions and went over and beyond by installing my new car seat covers and my new furry steering wheel cover to keep my hands warm, Dave also installed my seat protector for my rear seats. This meant a lot because I do not have a lot of hand strength right now and I am single. So a million thanks to you guys over at Hyundai in Perryville for all of your great customer service. Oh almost forgot they also helped me figure out how my remote start work and Dave assisted with helping me get set up with BlueLink and his coworkers also helped when called upon. You guys rock! Thank you all again. More

From the moment we met Christian, I knew I wanted to buy a car from him. We were back 3 days later and purchased a 2021 Palisade. Christian wasn’t available, but Bryan filled in for him. This was our first time with this dealership, make of veh. and salesman. The salesman could have made it or break it, but Bryan was extremely personable, helpful and knowledgeable. I did appreciate to see he was wearing a mask along with all the other staff. The dealership was very clean and orderly. He met us at the door welcoming us in with enthusiasm, but allowing us to explore the veh. while he stepped back and answered all of our questions. He showed us that he was a very trustworthy salesman and showed us he had our best interest in mind. He went the extra mile as he didn't leave us the 5 hours we were there and explained the different features the veh. had on it and made us very comfortable with him and with the veh. as purchasing this kind of veh. can be pretty intimidating and spending this kind of money. He gave us his card before we left and said anytime we had a question to text or call when him after we leave the lot, plus he went through more of the features on the veh. When we left we felt we had made the correct choice, from the correct dealership, from the best salesman. He got us the best deal he could give us and Kim helped to make it as affordable as he could, plus getting the best package that we felt comfortable with. Thank you to all that we dealt with in these difficult times for making this an extremely pleasant experience and we will tell others. More

Came in the weekend after totaling my car and they were great to work with. My car wouldn’t be ready until Monday but they gave me a courtesy car in the mean time.
