Very clear and simple buying process. There was a switch in reps during the ordering process and Chris Decosta stepped in and kept in constant contact. I purchased my Chevy at Copeland Chevrolet, and from day one there were issues and headaches. The kind which, at any other dealership or a used car lot, would have been ignored by the mechanics and dealersh one there were issues and headaches. The kind which, at any other dealership or a used car lot, would have been ignored by the mechanics and dealership itself. The salesman personally helped me through navigating an issue with my insurance company and walked me through acquiring a multi-year warranty, and when an unforeseen mechanical issue came up and the check engine light came on, I returned the car to the dealers for inspection, and it was handled in just two days rather than having to wait an entire week. I was even informed that a mechanic had personally run out to pick up a required part for my engine, this eliminating three additional days of waiting. My car runs fine, is in good hands whenever I bring it to the dealership, and have made me feel welcome as opposed to feeling like a nuisance. This is the real difference between simply buying a car and actual customer service. More

I dropped off a new car, that left the lot with a side sensor warning, on Thursday and was told at the end of the day it was not fixed and no loaner car was available. I left the car at the dealership an sensor warning, on Thursday and was told at the end of the day it was not fixed and no loaner car was available. I left the car at the dealership and heard nothing on Friday. Saturday I called and someone took a message and said someone would call me back. No one did. On Monday at 4:00 PM I was informed that the car was not fixed. On Tuesday I went to the dealership around 4:00 PM not knowing if the car was fixed and was informed that they were just finishing the repair. In summary, a new car left the lot with a defect and it took four working days to get fixed and the communication about the status of the vehicle was horrible. I felt this vehicle had no priority in your organization and was a secondary consideration for a repair. Needless to say I was quite disappointed and I question my ongoing usage of your repair services. I wrote a similar note to another survey for the dealership and wondered if I would ever hear from someone about my comments. Same is true with this survey and if I will ever hear from someone on a follow-up, at least to acknowledge that you have seen my comments. More
