In 2020 I went off Cape to Lease a truck. A 4 yr lease. During those 4 yrs i learned you do not have to turn your lease in at the dealership you leased from, nor do you to buy it. You can sho A 4 yr lease. During those 4 yrs i learned you do not have to turn your lease in at the dealership you leased from, nor do you to buy it. You can shop it around. Furthermore, you can get something for it. The equity between the "residual value" (buyout price) and the market value. I had been looking at new vehicles from Cape Cod to Norwood for the last 6-8 months closely as my lease was coming to an end. Only 2 dealerships stood out on pricing; Both Copeland Chevrolet: Brockton and Hyannis. Living in Yarmouthport I chose to go to Hyannis first because I only wanted to drive to Brockton once. 😉. Unfortunately for Brockton, I never made it there. Starting with Caitin online and then Nick in person, Copeland Hyannis gave my everything I wanted. First by giving me precisely the value I had calculated (what I really wanted) I should get for my vehicle. And 2nd by making the entire process really easy. Satisfied with everything they presented to me, and of course like any good closer, Nick asks for me to sign... and I said well I'm still going to keep my appointment with Copeland in Brockton for the very next morning. And that's when he says, "what else can we do" so you skip the appointment? Umm..... step rails and a cover for the bed. Done! DEAL! 2024 Chevy Colorado Z71. Gorgeous! Thank you Nick and everyone at Copeland Hyannis. Outstanding experience. Highly recommended and appreciated! More

In General, the dealer experience was OK. But the Salesperson was new and obviously needed more training. I was waiting for the IRS portal to get established, but if I hadn't returned twice w But the Salesperson was new and obviously needed more training. I was waiting for the IRS portal to get established, but if I hadn't returned twice while waiting to hear, I might still be waiting. They failed to contact me that the transaction could be completed, and it was only when I went there that I found the deal could be completed. Keith was very helpful, as was David. And Bill Sullivan made the paperwork very easy. So it was a mixed experience. Still, the car itself is really nice. Now I'm trying to get the charger installation website to take my photos as requested. Hope this goes smoother. More

I was quoted a lower price for the vehicle by management, but when I got there, I went to finance and was presented with an apology and much higher numbers than I verbally agreed to all because they accident but when I got there, I went to finance and was presented with an apology and much higher numbers than I verbally agreed to all because they accidentally took 5k off the car and they didn’t mean to. They could not give me the price we agreed on verbally because of THEIR mistake. My floor liners that were promised to be in the car when I picked up the next day were not in it and it took them 30+ minutes to find them. My car had higher mileage on it than when I signed for it yesterday, because “it needed to be filled up”, the car had a full tank the day before and the inspections are done on sight so there is NO reason for the mileage to be 8 miles higher than when I bought it. My original sales person did not follow up with me o was told that the car was on the lot, and when I called the dealership was told he was out due to illness. My new salesperson (as mine was out sick) did fine and handled with insurance to the best of his ability. Overall the experience was extremely disappointing. You’re supposed to be excited about a new car, not stressed out and feeling lied to. The Hyannis management is very disorganized and has no idea what they are doing. More

This place is amazing! We were facing a number of challenges when we walked through the front door. But by five minutes later, they had all but melted away. Helpful, informative, accommodating -- they guided us through every step with kindness and care. And not even 24 hours later, our shiny, new car was in our driveway!
