Ross is a knowledgeable sales representative and in my case, as usual, very patient as I test drove several models and trim levels before making my decision on a new Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xe Trailhawk. Mark was amazing and very informative and knowledgeable about the jeep that I was looking at, he was also very accommodating with the time that I had to come look at the jeep, he made himself readily avail about the jeep that I was looking at, he was also very accommodating with the time that I had to come look at the jeep, he made himself readily available at the time in which I had informed him that my husband and I would be there. Mark even let me take the jeep home for the night, due to the system crashing and not coming back up. The finance department on the other hand I was not impressed with. My husband and I had talked about the extended warranties the night before. We had chosen to not accept any warranties and we would fully pay for any repairs that may come up when they come up, when asked about these warranties and us declining them, the finance guy, still tried to convince us to accept them, by telling us about other customers who have purchased the warranties. My husband and I had also spoke the night before about who we wanted to use to finance the jeep, and the finance person was very pushy try and get us to use a completely different finance company altogether. Nicking telling us that they used the company that they were trying to get us to switch to. I feel like if I was going in to talk to the finance department on my own as a woman I would have been taken advantage of by your finance department, and I do not want someone else to have to feel this way. More
