I’ve had to he best experiences with Heritage in Catonsville. I live almost an hour away but due to the fantastic service I’ve received at each visit, I will be sure to return. Mr. Calvin Parnell wa Catonsville. I live almost an hour away but due to the fantastic service I’ve received at each visit, I will be sure to return. Mr. Calvin Parnell was my car salesman and has has made me feel like a part of the Toyota Family. He’s always been reassuring and taken care of my needs. Management has also been involved in making decisions to take care of my device needs. I can not thank you guys enough. I will take the 50 mile ride to return each time. Was very happy with Alexis’ handling of my purchase. He was extremely busy, but took the time to help me find the right truck.
