Carl is in a class by himself. This transaction was completed without a visit to the dealership and, except for a couple of phone calls, entirely by email. Carl was extremely responsive to all our questions and got us the vehicle we were looking for with no unwanted options added either by the distributorship or dealership. All at a price no other dealer could even come close to matching. I've dealt with Carl twice before and based on my previous experiences know that I can trust him completely - the otd price he quoted in the email was exactly what we paid when we showed up, which is one reason he's such a pleasure to deal with. I had a wonderful experience at Fred Anderson Toyota. Carl assisted me from start to finish.
